May is Bike Month!

CommuteSmart Birmingham is joining in on the National Bike League’s celebration of Bike Month, encouraging people to #B2WBHAM or #BikeThere if they can! Biking is a wonderful option for transportation and relaxation. It doesn’t matter if you are riding for fun, exercise, solo, with a group, running errands or heading to work, we want you to get out and ride.
 
​Throughout the month of May, CommuteSmart is promoting bike month digitally with tips, videos and giveaways! Stay tuned to our social media for details!
 
CommuteSmart is excited to bring back our in person Bike To Work Day event!! We are hosting an energizer stations at Domestique Coffee Locations, Cala Coffee and Redemptive Cycles. The event is from 7 am to 9 am, on May 17, 2024. Stop by and get a cup of coffee, and some CommuteSmart Swag! Redemptive Cycles is doing free safety checks for Bike to Work participants that day! If you are unable to attend, please consider registering for our "Pledge to Ride."
